Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All orders placed before 16:00 (4 PM) are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer a simple shipping structure for all orders within the Netherlands:
Orders between €0.00 and €49.99: Flat rate of €6.95.
Orders of €50.00 and above: FREE shipping anywhere in the Netherlands!
Netherlands: Usually within 48 to 72 hours after your order has been placed (on business days).
Please note: Orders placed before 16:00 (4 PM) will be processed and handed over to our carrier within 48 hours. Once shipped, the carrier typically delivers within 1 business day. During busy periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer due to high volumes at the shipping carriers.
3. Track & Trace
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
Nomy Nuts is not responsible if a package is undeliverable due to missing or incorrect destination information. Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
5. Damages and Issues
Nomy Nuts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we only focus on deliveries within the Netherlands. If you would like to request a shipment to another country, please contact us for a custom quote.
